NEW: Order number now available under "My devices"

During the presentation of IZYCHECK.IQ at one of our sales partners in Austria, the request arose to have the order number displayed not only under "My Orders" but also under "My Devices". The reason for the customer's request was that orders are removed from the overview list 6 months after delivery, but under "My devices" the products are archived permanently.

Based on the order number, it is now possible to permanently identify who owns the device and the user (or in the current case, sales partner) can contact their customer specifically if required.

For example, when it comes to topics such as changes in standards, updates, calibration due or new products.

But also for IZYCHECK.IQ users, who are not sales partners, but for example belong to a large group of companies, this new function of better and long-lasting findability makes sense. You can assign exactly from which team, from which department or from which location of the group of companies the order was placed.

The customer request was implemented quickly and easily and is now available to all users of the software.
