Visit from the Employer Service at GMC-I Service

In April, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Sonja Wölfl from the Employer Service of the Employment Agency Nuremberg to our premises. During a pleasant discussion round and a subsequent tour of our facility, Ms. Wölfl presented a variety of ways in which the Agency supports and advises companies on various HR topics.

Particularly interesting for us was the insight into the Agency’s platform, which combines numerous features – from job postings to applicant management and feedback options, as well as qualification and funding programs. Topics such as language support, training subsidies, and ways to increase visibility for in-house events were also addressed.

Ms. Wölfl took ample time to answer individual questions and shared valuable hands-on advice – including suggestions for improving our job advertisements. We greatly appreciated the open and respectful exchange and consider the personal contact a real asset.
