Customer information on Russia, Belarus and Ukraine

Dear customers and sales partners,

We are still deeply concerned about the ongoing war in Ukraine and we empathise with the people affected with great sympathy.

Based on the current situation and the imposed sanctions, we can inform you as follows:

The companies of GMC-Instruments Group have no branches or production facilities in Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.

GMC-I Service GmbH does not maintain any contractual relationships with suppliers for devices, components or materials in the countries mentioned. Furthermore, we currently have no indications that our suppliers would work with sub-suppliers in these countries directly affected by the imposed sanctions. We are in regular contact with our suppliers on this matter.

Overall, we can inform you that our business operations are currently not affected by the imposed sanctions and the conflict in Ukraine beyond the general consequences and that this does not result in any delivery restrictions for our products.

The future effects of the war and the sanctions on supplier relationships and the supply of materials in Europe remains uncertain. Maintaining the supply chains is of the utmost importance for the companies of GMC-Instruments Group. For this reason, we are constantly
analysing the current situation and the applicable legal requirements and we are in close contact with our suppliers in order to deliver our products, which continue to meet the highest quality standards without any compromises, on time.

In addition, we expect our customers to consistently and fully comply with the applicable sanctions and to carefully ensure that our products never reach, directly or indirectly, territories, companies or persons which are subject to the applicable sanctions of the EU or the USA. Our customers are legally and contractually obliged to fulfil this obligation.
