Customer sends the device with a delivery bill and a clear marking "Device for disposal" to the following address or hands it in personally..:

You are also welcome to use our goods accompanying document for this purpose, stating "Device for disposal" as the reason for return.

The appliance is given an individual number in our incoming goods department. This means that the device is immediately known to our system and each subsequent work step is recorded in detail and traceable.

Once the device has been booked into our incoming goods department and created in the system, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt with the following text and an order number.

"Dear Sir or Madam,

As you have requested, we will dispose of the above appliance, including the accessories sent in, on your behalf.

When disposing of your device, GMC-I Service GmbH will of course comply with the requirements of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act and all other legal requirements and pass it on to a certified specialist disposal company that operates a registered primary treatment facility for electrical waste.

The protection of the environment and the careful use of resources is an integral part of our corporate mission statement. For this reason, we have established a certified environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001."

We will usually send you confirmation of receipt by e-mail or fax. It is therefore important that you provide the correct address and contact details.

The customer receives a zero invoice stating "Disposal" as confirmation that the device has been sent for recycling.

GMC-I Service collects the appliances for disposal for a short period of time and then hands them over to a certified waste management company that operates a primary treatment facility for old electrical appliances. There, the old appliances are professionally dismantled and prepared for recycling.
