IZYSHOW.IQ - Calibration certificate in a second via QR code

With our new IZYSHOW.IQ function, you can call up and download the calibration certificate in seconds on your cell phone or tablet. This means that you always have the currently valid calibration certificate "to go" and can show it at any time, e.g. during an audit, together with the calibrated device.

How does it work?

After calibration, each piece of test equipment is provided with a calibration seal (fig. 1 from left to right). In addition to the unique calibration certificate number, this seal also contains the calibration date. In addition, the tested device receives a note on the date of the next, recommended or desired calibration (fig. 2 "next Cal") and also a QR code (fig. 3).

The QR code can be read by means of a scan app with any smartphone, tablet or a corresponding handheld scanner. This gives you access to the respective calibration certificate as a pdf document within seconds.

Data security is particularly important to us!

The Quick Response or QR code is a two-dimensional version of the barcode. It is a proven procedure of encoding information and reading it quickly by scanning it with a mobile device. The use of the QR code simplifies and accelerates the retrieval of calibration certificates in a secure manner and also increases transparency for users as well as auditors.

The encrypted code consists of a 128-bit strong GUID (Global Unique Identifier) and thus guarantees highest security. One only gets access to the pdf calibration certificate of the measuring device, but not to the original measurement data of the device or to the data set of the test equipment owner.

 This is how simple the practical application works:

1. After calibration, the test equipment is provided by us with a QR code. This can be read in via your smartphone or tablet.

2. After scanning, you will be automatically redirected to the server of our self-service portal IZYCHECK.IQ, where the document will be available for you to securely view or download.
