The expiration of your METRACHECK service package depends on the age of your device and the term of the METRACHECK package you purchased.

For example, if you purchased a SECUTEST along with a METRACHECK 24 package, and the purchase (invoice date always serves as proof) is now more than 24 months old, the package cannot be activated for this tester anymore.

However, if you still have a younger SECUTEST that is less than 24 months old, you can easily apply the package to this newer model.

So, the METRACHECK package is not necessarily tied to the tester purchased at the same time.

It is important to choose the correct package with the corresponding term, depending on the age of your device!

For example, if your SECUTEST or PROFITEST was purchased more than 26 months ago (the invoice date serves as proof), you would need to purchase the METRACHECK 36 package. This way, you still have a full 10 months of entitlement to the package's full scope of services. The METRACHECK 24 package would no longer be valid in this case.

This is possible at any time.

It is important, however, that before activating the package voucher, you always compare the age of your device with the term of the respective METRACHECK voucher to ensure that the device is not older than the combined METRACHECK package.

For example, you cannot send in a SECUTEST along with a METRACHECK 24 voucher if the purchase date of the device is 25 months ago.

You can easily send in a SECUTEST purchased 23 months ago with a METRACHECK 24 voucher.

The invoice serves as proof of the purchase date.

You will find the code for free registration of your IZYCHECK.IQ on the voucher in your purchased METRACHECK service package.
