  • Where can I purchase the METRACHECK service package?

    The METRACHECK service packages can be purchased through all sales channels of Gossen Metrawatt GmbH:

    Alternatively, you can also obtain the package directly from us or via the IZYCHECK.IQ marketplace.

  • How and by when do I need to activate my METRACHECK service package?

    You must activate your METRACHECK service package from the initial purchase date until the end of the following year by sending us your device along with proof of purchase together with the purchased voucher. METRACHECK is applicable for new devices up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

    If you purchase the service package on October 1, 2025, for example, it must be activated by sending in the device by December 31, 2026. If you purchase a package on February 1, 2026, it must be activated by December 31, 2027.

  • When does my METRACHECK service package expire?

    That depends on when you purchased the package.

    For example, if you purchase the service package on October 1, 2025, it must be activated by December 31, 2026 by sending in your device so that it does not expire. If you purchase a package on February 1, 2026, it must be activated by December 31, 2027.

  • Can I purchase the METRACHECK service package at a later date?

    YES

    Metracheck can be used for new devices up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • How old can my new device be in order to qualify for the METRACHECK service package?

    Your new device must not be older than 12 months.

    Proof of purchase is provided by the receipt, which you send in together with your device, the voucher, and your official order.

  • How do I register my free IZYCHECK.IQ included in the package?

    You will find the code for free registration of your IZYCHECK.IQ on the voucher in your purchased METRACHECK service package.

    *These two items are no longer available and will therefore only be displayed until the last packages on the market have been activated.

     

    Important notes on registration:

    • Please make sure you select the correct button depending on the duration.
    • Click on the button to open the shopping cart. You will find the coupon field at the bottom where you can enter your code. Once you have successfully entered your code, the shopping cart value will be set to €0 and you can continue with your order.
    • Each code is valid once, depending on the duration purchased.
    • At the end of the METRACHECK period, your IZYCHECK.IQ subscription will automatically switch to the free BASIC version.
